NEW PRESIDENT AND CEO NAMED

Robert D. Planck, founding president and CEO of IMA, announced today the appointment of Robert D. Mould as IMA president and CEO.

Planck will become IMA chairman and will support Mould during a transition phase before retiring from IMA in early 2016.

Most recently Mould served as group vice president of merchandising execution for Southeastern Grocers—the parent company of 750 BI-LO, Harveys and Winn-Dixie grocery stores with locations across seven southeastern states.  Prior to Southeastern Grocers, Mould held various management roles at S.C.-based BI-LO Stores, Inc., Texas-based H-E-B grocery stores, and in the restaurant hospitality industry as a restaurant general manager.  Mould holds a BA degree from Washington and Lee University and a MBA from University of South Carolina.  He and his family will be relocating to Houston from Jacksonville, Florida.
